Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Invisible Ink mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Use of the App
Invisible Ink is a creative drawing application that allows you to create artwork on a dark canvas and reveal it with various visual effects. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to create or share content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
User Content
You retain ownership of all drawings and artwork you create using the App. Drawings are stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We do not claim any ownership over your creations.
When you share drawings from the App, you are responsible for the content you share.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:
- Premium Unlock ($3.99): A one-time purchase that unlocks all premium features, including all reveal styles, brush packs, themes, unlimited gallery, ad-free experience, and more.
- Brush Packs ($1.99 each): Individual themed brush collections.
- Canvas Themes ($0.99 each): Individual canvas themes for customization.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
To restore purchases, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's settings.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Apple iCloud: For optional drawing synchronization
- Apple Game Center: For achievements and leaderboards
- Google AdMob: For advertising (non-Premium users)
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, animations, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of Invisible Ink. The Invisible Ink name, logo, and "Draw in the dark. Reveal the magic." tagline are our trademarks.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including drawings stored on your device.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invisible Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
